KONNET warrants that the customers or partners shall acquire the products purchased to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Any defect corrected within twelve months and found to be within this scope of the warranty will be repaired by KONNET and all charges for labor and material will be borne by KONNET.
Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized KONNET dealer. If you purchase a KONNET product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your KONNET warranty will not be valid. Further there are some exclusions and limitations of KONNET warranty policy being stated in the product packaging.
